Research Interest
Dr. Shaikh is a Professor of Medicine whose research efforts focus on progression of endstage liver disease, treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma, hepatocarcinogenesis and genomic profiling of liver tumors, and allocation models for liver transplantation.
Clinical Interest
General and Transplant Hepatology. Main focus of clinical interest is viral hepatitis, endstage liver disease, and hepatocellular carcinoma.
