Educational Interest
-I have had the privilege and great opportunity to teach and precept Infectious Diseases Fellows,
Internal Medicine Residents and Medical Students throughout my career.
-I was the Co-Director of the Infectious Diseases and Microbiology Course for Albert Einstein College of Medicine second year Medical Students. I was responsible for providing some of the lectures, teach and facilitate small and large group case discussions, lab sessions, create assessment exam questions, update midterm and final exam questions. I worked very closely with Students and Faculty Members to ensure the best quality of teaching.

-I have had the pleasure to teach and precept first and second year I.D. fellows at Mount Sinai/Elmhurst as well as Montefiore Medical Center and Einstein medical students at the Center for Positive Living/ID Clinic of the Montefiore AIDS Center. I also precepted and taught Internal Medicine residents and Infectious Diseases fellows at the Oval Center site of the Montefiore AIDS Center.
I worked on a project to review exam questions for second year medical students at AECOM, with the intent to improve the quality of items by a continuous quality improvement CQI process, using an algorithm developed by AECOM leadership for reviewing exams and communicating the areas of deficiency to course directors.
