Research Interest
Dr. Corti is studying the function of nitrite and the globins in vertebrate metabolism and cardiac signaling and the description of the chemical biology, signaling and biological function of the globins as well as their interactions with nitrite during the embryonic development and during the regeneration of the heart after amputation.
