Research Interest
While heterogeneity amongst asthma patients has long been appreciated, the precise mechanisms driving these differences remain unclear. I am interested in using integrated single cell technologies such as RNA sequencing and mass cytometry to understand how signaling between immune cells and airway epithelium act to promote treatment refractory inflammation in some patients.
Clinical Interest
Caring for patients with complex airway diseases, including severe, treatment refractory asthma and related eosinophilic syndromes.
