Dr. Fatima is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine and staff hospitalist in the Division of General Internal Medicine, Section of Hospital Medicine. She attended King Edward Medical University in Lahore Pakistan. Her career has been focused on improvements in healthcare such as continuity of care. She has been involved in many publication and presentations on this subject.
