Research Interest
Dr. Hadi's research focuses on identifying and removing barriers to HIV testing and improving linkage and longterm engagement to care.
Clinical Interest
Dr. Hadi is part of the General Infectious Diseases service at UPMC, treating patients with infections such as endocarditis, osteomyelitis and postoperative infections. She has clinical expertise in treating patients with tuberculosis and HIV. Her special interest is in diagnosing and treating infections in refugees and immigrants. She also specializes in pre - travel counselling and travel-related infections.
Educational Interest
Dr. Hadi precepts medical students, residents, and fellows in the inpatient and outpatient setting at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She also lectures at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and precepts severeal small group discussions.
