Clinical Interest
Dr. Mahmud is board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology. He sees patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, hypogonadism and osteoporosis at Falk Clinic and our satellite clinic in Monroeville. He also has an interest in pituitary and neuroendocrine disorders. He has been a member of the Endocrine Society since 2012.
Educational Interest
Dr. Mahmud is serving as the Associate Program Director of the endocrinology fellowship program and is actively involved in the division's educational activities and clinical training of endocrinology fellows and internal medicine residents. He also gives lectures to medical students as part of the Endocrine Disorders Course.
