Research Interest
My primary clinical research interest is developing novel therapeutic approaches by using targeted therapeutics and immunotherapy for patients with colorectal cancer. I have personal interest in designing investigator initiated clinical trials by developing novel therapeutic study concepts with correlative studies which aim to better understand mechanism of drug action and potential resistance mechanisms.
Clinical Interest
My clinical interest is in gastrointestinal cancers including: colorectal cancer, small bowel cancer, pancreatic cancer, biliary tract cancers, appendiceal cancer, and anal cancers.
Educational Interest
I am interested in mentoring medical student, resident and fellows who are interested in cancer biology and career development in hematology/oncology.
