Research Interest
My clinical research interest is in developing novel therapeutic strategies for advanced colorectal cancer through the development of industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials. My translational research focuses on understanding the tumor immune microenvironment of colorectal cancer with the goal of broadening the use of immuno-stimulatory therapies in microsatellite stable colorectal cancer.
Clinical Interest
My clinical interest is in treating patients with gastrointestinal malignancies, including esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, and anal cancer. I aim to provide compassionate, personalized medical care embedded in a multidisciplinary team. I have a particular interest in connecting patients with cutting-edge cancer treatments and clinical trials that will inform the future of oncologic care.
Educational Interest
I am looking forward to collaborating with and mentoring medical students, residents, and Hematology/Oncology fellows both on the wards and in the oncology clinic.
