Research Interest
Dr. Wu's clinical and research interests lie in the selection of kidney transplant recipients and wait list management, kidney transplantation in the elderly, and the impact of co-morbidity on transplant outcomes.
Clinical Interest
Christine Wu, MD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Surgery at the Thomas E. Starzl Transplantation Institute, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She is currently serving as the Transplant Nephrology Fellowship Program Director. Her clinical and research interests lie in the selection of kidney transplant recipients and wait list management, kidney transplantation in the elderly, and the impact of co-morbidity on transplant outcomes.
